Victor Person has a Master’s degree in Community Psychology from the College of St. Rose and a Bachelor of Arts from Sage College. He is presently member of the Albany Citizens Review Board. He has worked in his community counseling at-risk youth and young adults in the areas of vocational services and after school programs for over 20 years. He performs duties as the President in the absence of the President and duties as shall be assigned. His treasurer responsibilities include disbursement of funds of the corporation as may be ordered by the Board or President.
