Samuel Lamb has a Master’s degree from Fordham University in Social Work with a minor in Clinical Research. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marymount College in
Sociology. He has worked with various populations that include adolescents at-risk, the homeless, and adults in crisis over the span of 25 years. He is a member of the local NAACP Executive Board at Large, a member of the Rockland Coalition to End the New Jim Crow Mental Health Committee, and a member of the Rockland People’s Panel on Policing. As Chief Executive Officer of the corporation, he will have general powers and duties to run the day to day operations under the guidance of the Board.
